Nice recipe young lady, i'm 57 year old irishman from rural Kentucky & we do use ground chuck & kidney beans in our chili. Your chili looks very good, that is texas style minus the beans. Beans are a cardinal sin in chili in texas & they usually add whole hot peppers with a slit down the side to add heat.
