So i tried this today with 4.5 lbs chicken and all i gotta say is its the closest thing i had to good tikki masala chicken but them ancho peppers was kinda unsure of a teaspoon so i used one whole pepper grounded up due to could not find it ground already. Only thing missing is a piece of lime and naan bread.

Looks legit to me, man! I’ve tried all kinds of curries and haven’t found one I don’t like. That looks like a solid curry easy to dial in to individual tastes. Some thai or kasmiri chilis would be perfect for a spicier variation.
