  • Why not a digital thermometer so one can tell the correct temperature at which you cook/fry? I have one, just asking. When I first started cooking I had a terrible time with correct temperatures and still do on some things.

  • I guess I was missing the steak seasoning on mine. I made them last night and tasted like dog food. Also, I just don't think i'll ever learn how to fry fast like that, my breading burns and the steak is never done. I had to slow fry them, the texture was good, just bland and nasty so I came here for some help.

  • You should try that by double baptizing it in flour. Dip it in flour, then the egg and then back in the seasoned flour…………..if you like a crunchy coating. I love to make fingers out of the steaks and dip them in gravy too……………..I love chopped steak. Good recipe. I love your channel.

  • I tried making it in this way but the meat is just to tough. I do like to fry my CS and then make a Salisbury recipe with it and it's sooo delish.
