I made this twice already, and I have to say that this is a FABULOUS cake and a very reliable recipe. So, so good! The second time I made it in a pan that makes 4 mini bundt cakes, and the recipe makes exactly two batches in the 4 mini bundts. And the smaller pans cook the cake perfectly at 45 minutes, with a beautiful caramelized exterior and light, fluffy, coconutty interior. Thank you Tammy! I've bought all 3 of your cookbooks and watch your channel regularly. I'm glad the YouTube algorithm pointed me your way!

I would love to know where you got your White Lily canister set. I won’t use anything but white lily flour. I’ve tried other brands but I don’t get the same results as I do with White Lily.
