what kind of spray did you use? Would you still do that now since you are doing more clean eating? I don't think I want to spray cooking spray on my food. What are some alternatives?
Hey Jenn, what if you don't like Ranch. Can I just use non fat greek yogurt to make the bread crumbs stick on the chicken?
What temp could I do this in the oven??
