Japanese Tonkatsu Pork Cutlet is the cutest and flavorful pork cutlet that’s covered with potato starch and deep fried till golden brown. It is usually served as appetizer but we have given it its’ place on the menu along with our other signature dishes. The taste of this dish is simply amazing.
Add the pork cutlet and lightly press down the pork cutlet with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce mixture. Dip the pork cutlet into the tempura batter until the entire pieces are covered. To cook the pork cutlet in a bowl, heat up 1 teaspoon oil in a large non-stick wok or skillet.
