Delicious Korean spin on lobster over rice. We chose the rice at the market, one that can stand up to the oily nature of the dish. We found that some of the green vegetables that come in the sushi package were not very fresh, and it was better to pick our own fresh veggies at home.
Just a bit of the rice and a good amount of the sauce – it’s all that really matters. But I did buy Live Lobster to make it happen – this is a great recipe for a nice dinner on a busy day. The fresh lobster combined with rice is a great match. If you’re not making it, feel free to use frozen lobster.
We love eating lobster, and we love eating good food. My famliy members are fans of all kinds of seafood, including crab and shrimp, and we do enjoy those as well. So when I found this recipe, I knew this would be a welcome addition to our family food rotation. We love it!
The rice and the lobster are both on the cheap side when it comes to ingredients. And it’s easy enough, easy as a dish can be, that it can be a meal if you’re not into lobster on the side. I serve it with rice and green veggies.
