Trader Joe’s Korean short ribs is Flavorful and tender with a crispy exterior. I was browsing in my cookbook, and thought to myself, surely there can’t be that many recipes for short ribs in one cookbook. I decided it would be a great idea to cook the meat.
There are not that many good meal ideas for short ribs out there. So off I went to get a package of Trader Joes Korean Style Beef Short Ribs from the supermarket, thinking I’d have a quick-fix lunch idea for myself instead of just another box of cereal for dinner. A little inspiration to make the most of a little bit of spare time.
Friday’s we had a bit of a lazy morning. All the kids got up early for school and I had a bit of time to do some sorting and tidying around the house. I was wandering about the house picking up things to throw away and wondering what I had around that I could make into lunch for the next day. It just so happens today at the market was Korean style beef short rib day. They came out perfect try them yourself.
